We are looking for a dynamic Executive Chef with experience in both high volume traditional Steakhouses and contemporary restaurant operations. Vast knowledge of ingredients and proteins combined with strong leadership skills will be desired traits. Send us your resume today!

STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of proficiency and skill w/ protein preparation
  • 5-years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef
  • High volume, contemporary upscale dining
  • Must be a leader and coach
  • Hands-on, creative, and skilled

STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads and is responsible for all back of house operations
  • Responsible for managing costs, labor, quality standards
  • Coaches, trains, and develops their kitchen team
  • Upholds highest standards of production, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Sets high standards and provides accountability when necessary

STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF BENEFITS:

  • 95k-105k salary
