We are looking for a high-energy Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our upscale, wine-inspired restaurant that is prepared to grow into a GM role within six months. We feature a scratch kitchen using all locally sourced products and a beverage program that is 2nd to none. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs.
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Manage Inventory and systems
- Manage and Control Costs
- Train, coach, and develop team members and drive sales
- Lead the team to execute and deliver at a high level
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- 4+ years of upscale Manager experience
- Tenure of 2+ years
- Ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
- Understand P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
