Our Atlanta office is seeking a General Commercial Litigation Associate to join our national-caliber, high-stakes, litigation, and trial practice.

Associate Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a national-caliber, high-stakes, litigation, and trial practice, including complex business and commercial cases, class-action defense, trade secrets, etc. 
  • Graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class, been on the law review, moot court, or trial team. 
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues.
  • Strategically and analytically minded
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. 
  • Must be admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.
