SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10-15 years of relevant industrial sales experience
- Solid understanding of the wear management solutions offerings in a variety of heavy industries
- Must be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering, and key decision-makers
SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth by targeting key strategic accounts in the heavy machinery, construction, and fabrication industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including but not limited to end users in mining, cement, steel, pulp and paper and OEMs, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify prospects and existing customer needs that fit the company’s services capabilities. Develop new marketing initiatives to help generate new account sales
