South Shore Country Club is now looking for a Director of Food & Beverage. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Operations, and other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
Director of F&B Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to F&B managers and staff.
- Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with all department heads.
- Lead by example, balancing hands-on involvement with team delegation.
- Ensure consistent quality and logistics for member dining and club functions.
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence with members and staff, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Oversee all social and member-sponsored functions with attention to detail and service standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and maintain diverse beverage offerings.
- Monitor financial performance, aligning payroll and resource allocations with budget goals.
- Plan and implement the F&B budget in collaboration with leadership.
Director of F&B Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting budgeted targets.
- Flexible, adaptable leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
Director of F&B Compensation:
- Excellent Base salary 85-95k
- 80% company paid health BCBS
- 401k with company match
- Annual Bonus
- Excellent down time
