Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests!
  • Oversee all Front of the House Operations while promoting a hospitality-focused culture!
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage alcohol sales and inventory properly.
  • Be effective in training, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and guest relations.
  • Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
  • Effectively communicate with the BOH staff.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications;

  • 3 plus years of experience in the role of General Manager
  • Full-Service BREAKFAST Restaurant experience with a scratch kitchen
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials!
