Director of Nursing Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $120,000–$140,000

• Comprehensive benefits package

Director of Nursing Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active RN / Registered Nurse license in the State of Virginia

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations in Virginia

• A genuine love and passion for working with seniors

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing team to deliver outstanding care

• Collaborate on resident care plans and ensure they are executed with excellence

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements
