Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help drive growth across North America and Canada. Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management
  • Experience in the automotive, HVAC, or refrigeration industries (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new opportunities through market research and customer insights
  • Manage and support the sales team, offering guidance and training to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product offerings
