Sous Chef Wanted! – Lead a High-Volume Kitchen!

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for cooking and a strong background in meat, seafood, and poultry, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 2–5 years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a fast-paced team
  • Expertise in meat, seafood, and poultry, ensuring top-tier quality and execution

Benefits/Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $85,000 with bonus potential based on sales
