What you’ll do:
- Deliver top-notch guest experiences while having fun
- Lead, train, and mentor your team
- Build strong, respectful relationships with your team while holding them accountable
- Stay hands-on with operations, keeping an eye on the details
- Control costs and maintain high service standards
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar management role (No job-hoppers, please)
- Proven leadership skills – you know how to coach, communicate, and motivate
- Bar experience is a must for this location
- A can-do attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations and building strong relationships
- Must be okay with late nights!
