Executive Chef – Fine Dining Independent Restaurant – Summit County, Colorado

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Strong fine dining background – James Beard or Michelin Star level
  • Positive leadership style – no temper or attitude – collaborate with Service Team
  • Both creative ability and high execution standards
  • Experience working with local farmers and purveyors helpful
  • Understand working in a remote market
