Executive Chef – Fine Dining Independent Restaurant – Summit County, Colorado

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Strong fine dining background – James Beard or Michelin Star level
Positive leadership style – no temper or attitude – collaborate with Service Team
Both creative ability and high execution standards
Experience working with local farmers and purveyors helpful
Understand working in a remote market
