Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • At least 1-4 years of a leadership role within the Food and Beverage / Hospitality industry
  • Experience with higher volume, upscale casual concepts – preferably $5M plus per year
  • Working knowledge of F&B services, policies and operations
  • Oversee shifts, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences and cash handling
  • Enforce company programs, safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Respond to guest needs to increase return visits
  • Conduct interviews, recommend hiring, schedule, train, develop, empower and resolve situations
