Seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join an exclusive lodge in stunning northwest Colorado.

Support our Chef de Cuisine in crafting exceptional dining experiences in a tranquil, remote setting. Hone your skills while embracing the unique challenges and rewards of this extraordinary opportunity!

Sous Chef Benefits/Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $55,000–$65,000 annually.

Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities

• Support kitchen leadership with enthusiasm and dependability.

• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

• Motivate and assist kitchen staff to deliver top performance.

• Step up in the Chef’s absence to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience; adaptable to a remote environment.
