Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline kitchen processes-
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation-
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and food preparation-
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed-
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction-
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop menus, specials, and promotions-
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a kitchen environment-
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team-
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, vendor management, and cost control
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in food handling-
