Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, diversity, employee relations, leadership development, and training.
- Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to management on all human capital issues.
- Lead the Company’s staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of top talent.
- Improve leadership and management skills of managers and supervisors.
- Increase the use of technology in administering and managing HR services and programs.
- Lead and manage projects and track various initiatives.
- Implement and communicate company policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Insure compliance with labor laws and payroll requirements in multiple states.
Human Resources Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of HRM experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- Unquestionable work ethic, personal integrity, and honesty
- Experience in a hospitality organization and union required
- Strong team development, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A track record of at least 5 years of developing and initiating human resources and organizational development strategies in a growing company.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
