Our client is seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Administrator for their beautiful facility in Richmond. If you are passionate about working with the aging population, we would love to hear from you!

Assisted Living Administrator Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $125k-$145k
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
  • 401(k) plan

Assisted Living Administrator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline
  • At least two years of professional experience in assisted living or a memory care facility
  • Effective at developing teams
  • Possess strong financial acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Assisted Living Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to ensure full occupancy
  • Manage the P&L, identify areas for improvement and achieve results
  • Set care and engagement standards for all residents
  • Manage culinary systems to ensure nutrition content and dietary restrictions
  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Network within the community to foster a strong community presence
