We are seeking a skilled and motivated setup/operator machinist to join a growing machine shop specializing in precision medical device manufacturing. This full-time, 2nd Shift position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

CNC Mill Machinist Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines, including Haas UMC 750 and other multi-axis CNC equipment
  • Ensure proper machine operation, perform safety checks, and identify any required maintenance
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts using precision measuring instruments to achieve precise tolerances 
  • Work on a variety of small, precision parts
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, learn, and improve machining processes

CNC Mill Machinist Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience 
  • Ability to work 2nd shift
  • Mill Operator experience
  • Demonstrated expertise working with small parts requiring high precision
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspections
  • Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new machining challenges and opportunities
