We seek a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Construction Litigation group. This position provides counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
- Active member of the Florida Bar
