Restaurant Manager Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full-service restaurant management.
  • Results-Driven Leadership: We’re looking for goal-oriented managers who thrive in high-sales environments.
  • High-Volume Expertise: Experience managing sales volumes of $2M+.
  • Energetic & Guest-Focused: Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.
