We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee all brewing production, sales, growth, and taphouse restaurant operations. Needs to be a hands-on and entrepreneurial leader. Open to relocation candidates. This is a local brewery with an incredible owner who puts his employees first. Amazing culture and quality of life!
COO QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of the brewing process, production, sales, alcohol distribution process and taphouse/restaurant operations
- Expert knowledge and understanding of P & L, costs, sales growth plans, and brewery production.
- Multi-unit or large-scale General Manager experience preferred.
- Driven hospitality and servant leader who cares about guests, customers, and employees.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, be over 21 years of age and have reliable transportation
- A self-starting work ethic and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations
COO RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and participate in the daily operations of the company and all departments (Production, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc)
- The Chief of Operations serves as the company’s “second in command,” holding overall responsibility and accountability for all operations production, taphouse, and sales, including personnel management, customer satisfaction, and departmental planning, organization, and execution.
- Identify, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative financial, operational, behavioral, and administrative data from multiple sources and synthesize results, measurements, and key performance metrics into reports to the Proprietor on a regular basis
- Drive performance and the employee experience.
- Needs to be a hands-on, fully engaged, in operations leader. Oversee shifts, run beer production with Head Brewer, oversee employees, develop people around you, build relationships with guests/customers, and have a vision for growth.
COO COMPENSATION
- Salary of 80-90K plus profit-sharing bonuses of $30-50K
