Our Fairfield upscale casual restaurant is seeking a polished AGM to help lead our team! If you have the hospitality gene and experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining – then we want you! Help us create a team-oriented environment where everyone feels valued.
Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience with training teams on high levels of service
- Financial acumen – P&L, inventory & ordering experience
- Proven track record managing high-performing service teams
- Proficient in online platforms for reservations, scheduling, and POS systems
