Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Must have overseen a minimum of 3 dining concepts within a hotel setting
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have a proven track record of team development and tenure
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully increasing sales and decreasing costs
  • Must be financially knowledgeable in reading a P&L and creating a budget
  • Must have proven success in guest satisfaction scores being above expectation
