Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Must have overseen a minimum of 3 dining concepts within a hotel setting
- Must be a team player
- Must have a proven track record of team development and tenure
- Must have a proven track record of successfully increasing sales and decreasing costs
- Must be financially knowledgeable in reading a P&L and creating a budget
- Must have proven success in guest satisfaction scores being above expectation
