We are seeking a Sr. Operations Manager in the Triad area for a highly successful consumer products supplier to the Home Improvement industry. The right candidate is slated to be on a fast track to a Director position.
Sr. Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership within a dynamic distribution environment
- Drive Operations success
- Lead a team
- Provide strategic vision and planning
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders
Sr. Operations Manager Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA desirable)
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- 7+ years of distribution experience with some high-level leadership experience
- Experience in improving operational efficiency, developing people, budgeting, process improvement
