Senior Workplace Dining Account Manager Perks

Senior Workplace Dining Account Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FOH Management, Account Management, and catering and event management
  • Previous experience in fine-dining restaurant operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Positive mindset and a hospitality heart
  • Proven leadership experience and ability

Senior Workplace Dining Account Manager Responsibilities Include

  • Internal communication with the event team, associates, account managers, and clients
  • Ensure seamless execution of custom service models for clients
  • Manage new client activation and on-site account managers
  • Maintain consistency with operations across account locations including SOPs, implementation, and training programs
  • Compile and provide reports on consumption trends per client, observations, and areas for improvement
