Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager for their construction company. If you have a creative side that parallels making a vision come to life, we would love to hear from you!
Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $60-$70k
- Health and dental insurance
- 401(k) with a company match

Marketing Manager Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in marketing
- A passion for the construction and real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to utilize multiple platforms and technologies to target large audiences
- Possess the skill to measure KPIs and pivot strategies
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage all marketing channels and tools
- Oversee all internal and external content for brand consistency
- Work with internal teams to determine the best use of marketing budgets
- Utilize relevant software and keep abreast of industry trends
