We are looking for a fine dining General Manager for a growing restaurant group in the Dallas Texas area. Our restaurants have received coast-to-coast recognition for excellence. Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least five years of GM experience in a full-service, fine-dining restaurant
- Exposure to sales around 15+ million per year
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards
- Service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Established longevity & career progression with NRO experience!
- Ability to objectively describe and hit KPI's
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
- Inventory control and financially responsible
