We are looking for a fine dining General Manager for a growing restaurant group in the Dallas Texas area. Our restaurants have received coast-to-coast recognition for excellence. We offer a scratch, exceptional menu, and a memorable, elevated dining experience. Restaurant General Manager Requirements: 

  • At least five years of GM experience in a full-service, fine-dining restaurant
  • Exposure to sales around 15+ million per year
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards
  • Service-oriented and hospitality-driven
  • Established longevity & career progression with NRO experience!
  • Ability to objectively describe and hit KPI's
  • Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes 
  • Inventory control and financially responsible
