Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to open a golf studio and bar in the area. The ideal candidate must have a passion for golf and food and beverage with opening expertise. This role will oversee all hiring, onboarding and training of the team and will work with the owner to drive success.

You will provide leadership and guidance to a new golf experience and bar we will open. We are looking for a winning attitude and the ability to facilitate a world-class guest experience. Solid salary and compensation package – let's chat and see if this fits you.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of previous GM experience.
  • Prior experience in country club or golf plus high cocktail and spirits sales
  • Demonstrated experience opening a brand-new location from the beginning
  • Fluent in curating systems and procedures and coaching those on every shift
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team members to win every day
  • Could you provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them returning

General Manager Benefits:
