Director of Title and Escrow Attorney

Director Title and Escrow Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years’ experience in the title industry with a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations related to title searches, underwriting, closings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Proficiency in SoftPro with experience leveraging technology to automate and enhance operations and overall efficiency.
  • Strong operational leadership experience (will have 10-15 direct reports) with a focus on goal setting, team development, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Effective team leadership abilities to guide and support team members in business and operational aspects of title services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and other key positions.
  • Active notary public commission.
  • Juris Doctor, and in good standing with Ohio Bar Association
