We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a new Catering Kitchen Manager position within our team. If you'd love to learn more about the role, Apply Today!

Catering Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develops catering menus utilizing development procedures
  • Daily pre-service, prep lists, and side work
  • Monitors operations food ensuring standards are upheld
  • Adheres to budgetary guidelines
  • Hands on leadership, ensuring all staff are focused on quality control and recipe adherence
  • Participates in coaching, counseling, and disciplinary procedures as well as conducts regular meetings
  • Prepares inventory considering food cost

Catering Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in food service or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in high volume food service, preferably catering
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitary standards
  • Able to work 50 hours / week, with a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
