Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

  • In-depth P&L knowledge and financial acumen
  • High energy with a lead-by-example attitude!
  • Developing the team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
  • Impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
  • Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience
  • Hands-on leadership approach
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in a GM role in a similar environment
