We are seeking a Director of Hospitality Operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Director who is a long-term thinker – a go-getter, fueled by passion, creativity, and grit.

Director of Operations Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities of the venue – coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments.
- Polished Leader who can coordinate, execute, and forecast – the ability to bubble information up.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
- Possesses exceptional P&L knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps and develop the team around you.
- Expert in negotiating vendor contracts and protecting brand integrity.
