Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high volume and/or upscale restaurant environment with bar management expertise preferred
  • Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style that inspires and motivates staff
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service
  • Previous experience developing and implementing systems such as training programs, ordering sheets, inventory procedures, side work assignments, safety and sanitary adherence guides, etc
  • Strong financial acumen to increase revenue by controlling all BOH and FOH costs, staff education, and increasing TO GO and catering/events programs
