Your Mission:
As our Grocery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire operation. From leading and mentoring a talented team to building genuine connections with guests and the community, your leadership will drive success. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, guiding, and coaching a high-performing team.
- Building guest connections and fostering lasting business relationships.
- Ensuring seamless compliance with corporate standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on management. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
- A proven track record in P&L, inventory control, hiring/training staff, and merchandising.
- Expertise in cash control, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Unwavering attention to detail and top-tier communication skills.
- A people-first approach that fosters positive team culture.
