Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Partner with advisors to develop effective tax strategies and year-round planning.
• Research and resolve intricate tax matters, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Handle IRS and state correspondence with confidence and accuracy.
• Manage bookkeeping, payroll tax filings, and bank reconciliations utilizing QuickBooks.
• Deliver outstanding client service with prompt and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of tax return preparation with a strong focus on individual, partnership, and trust tax filings.
• Skills: Expertise in ProSeries and QuickBooks, deep understanding of tax laws, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
