We are on a mission to provide innovative renewable energy solutions for agriculture, commercial, and utility clients. As a Licensed Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in building energy independence by installing state-of-the-art solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Licensed Electrician Compensation & Benefits:

• $41/hour (commensurate with experience).
• $65/day per diem and all travel expenses covered.

• Paid time off and holidays.
• Opportunities for professional growth with skill-level evaluations every 90 days

Licensed Electrician Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Michigan.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL certification preferred).
• MIOSHA/OSHA certifications (OSHA 30).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing, kneeling).
• Experience with electrical systems (1–3 years preferred).

Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and NEC standards.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and solar equipment.
• Mentor apprentice electricians and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Travel extensively to job sites (90–100%) with overnight stays during weekdays.
• Collaborate with project teams to complete installations efficiently.
