Requirements and Responsibilities:
– At least two years of General Manager experience in a QSR or Fast Casual environment.
– New restaurant opening experience is a plus.
– Elevate and motivate a high-performing team by cultivating a thriving collaborative environment.
– Surpass guest expectations to guarantee a positive experience for all guests.
– Increase sales, optimize profitability, and succeed in dynamic environments.
– Proactively recognize and tackle challenges, emphasizing solutions to drive positive outcomes.
