General Manager Requirements:
- Must have experience leading operation in both BOH/FOH
- New restaurant opening experience
- Positive and uplifting attitude
- Passionate about developing and coaching others
- Experience in a scratch kitchen environment
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and train opening team
- Ensure the team understands and follows brand standards and expectations
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a cohesive and fun working environment
- Interact with guests and relationship build
- Ongoing training and development to establish a positive, enriching company culture
