Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key partners to expand our reach and market presence.
- Cultivate Client Loyalty: Develop strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with broader organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-5 years proven experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable results.
- A self-starter who thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment.
