Are you ready to simplify complexity and make a difference in healthcare? We are seeking a passionate Clinical Training Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the way in advancing patient care with cutting-edge vascular closure technology.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Open and operationalize new clinical sites with hands-on support.
- Train clinical staff and distribution partners on product use and best practices.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and address barriers to quality care.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques.
- A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
