Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to fill their Service Supervisor role in Houston. The most qualified candidates will have a strong background in leadership, customer service, and running a service department.

Service Supervisor Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $58k-$70k
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Holiday pay

Service Supervisor Requirements:

  • 3+ Years Supervisor Experience in Service Organization
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements
  • Hands-on leader

Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department
  • Manage service team and achieve objectives
  • Drive Process Improvement
  • Manage Departments Financial Objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor service staff
