Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to fill their Service Supervisor role in Houston. The most qualified candidates will have a strong background in leadership, customer service, and running a service department.
Service Supervisor Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $58k-$70k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan
- Holiday pay
Service Supervisor Requirements:
- 3+ Years Supervisor Experience in Service Organization
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements
- Hands-on leader
Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Manage service team and achieve objectives
- Drive Process Improvement
- Manage Departments Financial Objectives
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff
