Shift Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of managerial experience in fast-casual dining (pizza experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage a team of 20 (FOH & BOH)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Food Handler certification required
  • Familiarity with POS systems and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for pizza
  • Must work onsite, flexible hours (including weekends/evenings), and provide I-9 verification

Shift Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences
  • Manage operations, including financials, ordering, and inventory  
  • Ensure top-quality food preparation and ingredient standards 
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues efficiently
