Shift Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of managerial experience in fast-casual dining (pizza experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a team of 20 (FOH & BOH)
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Food Handler certification required
- Familiarity with POS systems and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for pizza
- Must work onsite, flexible hours (including weekends/evenings), and provide I-9 verification
Shift Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences
- Manage operations, including financials, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure top-quality food preparation and ingredient standards
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues efficiently
Shift Manager Compensation & Benefits:
