Bar Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Actively lead by example, inspire, and teach skills that will elevate the guest experience, the teams, the restaurant, the hotel, and the company!
- Ensures the restaurant team delivers on service standards; touches tables at every service to cultivate regulars!
- Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality that aligns with our values!
- Proactively manages prime costs in conjunction with the management, with an eye on the daily & weekly projections and budgets!
- A passion for excellence in hospitality!
Bar Manager Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a senior management position overseeing a full-service fine dining restaurant!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Alcohol and Beverage experience required!
- Complete knowledge of running budgets and profit loss statements!
- Track record of successfully building out Bar/Beverage programs!
