Multi-Unit Restaurant Ops Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Accomplished track record as a manager of 3+ Years in Multi-Unit operations
- Experience in overseeing catering operations as well as multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Impressive capacity for making sound decisions
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in Spanish, is required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, with a strong team player mindset
- Capability to create and implement financial strategies that successfully meet the set objectives
- The ability to effectively motivate and lead employees while also ensuring accountability is a key skillset
- Strong understanding of operational procedures and fully equipped to handle related tasks.
