Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and maintain an organized sales floor.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to foster professional growth.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Previous experience in retail or grocery management preferred.
