Assistant Grocery Manager – Leadership Role in Retail
Our client is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to lead their team and ensure smooth daily operations. If you have experience in grocery or retail management and are looking to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational success.
- Oversee staffing, daily operations, and customer relations.
- Analyze sales and profit data, implementing strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Assistant Grocery Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of grocery or retail management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first mentality.
- Experience in warehouse management, P&L, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
