Service/Bar Manager

Position Overview
As a Service/Bar Manager, you’ll oversee the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring the highest level of service, hospitality, and quality. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for every guest. From team development to bar inventory management, your role is pivotal in maintaining the operational excellence of our restaurant.

What You’ll Do
- Engage: Interact with team members and guests, maintaining a visible and welcoming presence in the dining room, bar, and front door.
- Lead: Oversee the learning and development of the front-of-house team, ensuring steps of service are executed flawlessly.
- Organize: Manage front-of-house scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Oversee: Handle bar inventory and ordering, conduct bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer, and ensure seamless bar operations.
- Collaborate: Partner with the General Manager to ensure all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience.
- Warm, passionate, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and disciplined with a professional appearance.
