We are seeking a General Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fine casual bar. The perfect candidate has hands on bartending experience along with financial acumen of both the Front of House and Kitchen. General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a management capacity
• Oversight of both Front of House and Back of House operations to achieve brand standards
• Train and develop team members to deliver a phenomenal guest experience.
• Market the establishment in trade area and grow the business.
• Develop beverage menu options, as well as conducting inventory and ordering of alcoholic beverages
