Restaurant Kitchen Manager Background:

  • 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager or Chef in a similar casual dining brand and may consider strong fast-casual brands
  • Continued career progression and track record for producing results
  • Willingness to become a champion of our strong culture and focus on people
  • Expert in quality food service delivery and savvy with restaurant financials
  • Ability to source, develop and retain exceptional talent to grow strong teams
  • 100% scratch cooking, every recipe is developed with great care and must be made with precision
  • Never compromise on quality and brand standards
