We are a leading landscaping component provider delivering premium, low-maintenance products and installs for residential, commercial, and municipal properties. We're looking for a Bilingual Spanish speaking, Entrepreneurial-Minded General Manager with experience in sales and operations to helm our growing Salt Lake City area office.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales, operations, and installation teams up to 25 employees
- Onsite and in-office leadership
- Work closely on strategy and growth initiatives with Texas-located central office stakeholders
- Implement local community marketing and advertising initiatives, leading to sales and growth
General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years in a similar management capacity
- Tech savvy (MS Office, ArcSite, Stack)
- Strong team builder and leader
- A master at building, growing, and maintaining customer relationships
- Bilingual Spanish
- CDL license preferred
General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary of $70k, with OTE upwards of $175k (based on 2024)
