Are you a Double Board-Certified Pain Management Physician seeking to relocate to Arizona?

We are searching for a full-time Pain Management Physician to join our growing practice in Arizona.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Extremely competitive compensation package
  • Compensation includes productivity/service incentives
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) paid for by company
  • Partnership opportunity (long term)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
  • Must have a Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology
  • May consider Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Must have at least 1 year of post-fellowship experience
  • Must have an active and unrestricted (without sanctions) Medical License and DEA License for Arizona
  • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Must have high volume experience (40+ patients per day)
  • Must be in a practice that utilizes advanced procedures & techniques
